Два місяці тому в зв'язку зі станом здоров'я перейшов на здорове харчування. Разом з тим у мене за останні три роки дуже погіршився зір і без окулярів я вже не міг читати. Прочитав, що тайський синій чай дуже добре впливає на покращення зору. Вирішив спробувати. Пив чай чарез день зранку і ввечері. Результатом дуже задоволений - читаю без окулярів і скинув зайву вагу аж на 7 кг!!! Чай дійсно якісний, на велику крежку вистачає всього 3 квіточки.
