How to Use
- Rinse your mouth with water to remove mucus and allow access to inflamed areas.
- Insert the nozzle, spray twice (left and right side). Hold breath during spraying to avoid inhalation.
- Use 2–3 times a day. Avoid food and drink for 30–40 minutes after use.
