Доброго дня. Дякуємо за відгук. Капсули твердуваті, тому що мають натуральну желейну упаковку(капсулку) і вона має здатність висихати, якщо зберігається в сухому приміщенні( їх потрібно так зберігати). З цією проблемою легко справитись: перед приміненням подуйте феном на капсулу, або пару секунд потримайте під гарячою водою, тоді вона стане м"якою.

Магазин дуже швидко відправив посилку. Капсулки сподобалися всі кольори. Волосся легко розчесується після них і здорово виглядає. Єдиний мінус- твердуваті, важко видавити, а плюс- вони великі.
