  Description

  The Thai green balm Hamar is crafted from natural ingredients with powerful cooling, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving effects. A unique blend of essential oils (camphor, eucalyptus, thyme) and herbs provides quick relief for joints and muscles, refreshes the body, and reduces the feeling of heaviness.

  Indications

• bruises, sprains, strains; joint and muscle pain;
• sciatica, osteochondrosis, rheumatic pain, arthritis, polyarthritis;
• itching and redness from insect bites;
• relief of cold symptoms (steam inhalations);
• headaches (applied to the temples);
• massage for muscle spasms and tension.

  Ingredients (key components)

  How to use

  Apply a small amount of balm to clean, dry skin of the affected area and massage gently 2–3 times per day.
