Description
Unlike the red version, White Tiger Balm has a milder effect, as it does not contain chili extract. It can be safely applied to the temples or nose area to relieve migraines or nasal congestion. While similar to the well-known "Star Balm," it provides faster and more noticeable results.

How to Use
Muscle pain or sprains: apply a thin layer and gently massage 2–4 times daily
Joint pain, arthritis: rub in up to 4 times a day
Headaches: apply a small amount to the temples and massage gently
Before training: massage a small amount into the muscles for warming effect
Colds: apply to chest, neck, and back before bedtime; also apply a little on the nose bridge
Nasal congestion: apply to nose wings or use a tiny amount in steam inhalation
